Hi, I’m Andy, an artist and writer based in Singapore. After a varied career in science, communication, management and consulting, I abandoned formal employment in early 2023 and embarked on a new journey in Art and Design.

This newsletter started out as a way for me to record and recount the experience of someone who did not ‘retire early’, but ‘refocused’ his creativity (hence the name reFocused), and to share the thinking behind some of my designs. Over time, my focus has narrowed somewhat to featuring just my free printable mazes and colouring pages. So, if you’re a maze enthusiast or avid colourist, this is the place to be.
